"....Residing in the South of France and loving to go on African Safaris
it became a problem with finding someone reliable to look after our
house, Jackson the greyhound and Ellie the Doberman after we moved here
to France. We found out about Della and Tracy (D&T), from their web
and met up with them at the house . Everyone got on well together and so
in October we left for Africa. Three weeks later we returned and they
had done a wonderful job - even ran us to and from the Airport. We four
can thoroughly recommend D&T as long as they are free to "sit
for us" - already booked them for 2012...."

"Boo and Ted very much enjoyed being spoiled by their aunties Tracy and
Della while mum and dad were on holiday!! We were away for 2 months
which is the longest we have ever been away and felt terrible leaving
the cats for so long. Our concerns were eased so much on meeting Tracy
and Della and throughout our trip we were delighted that we had left Boo
and Ted in such loving, capable hands. We were updated regularly and
found hearing the antics of Ted and Boo very reassuring as we were safe
in the knowledge that at home it was definitely situation normal.
Sadly
both cats were a bit poorly while we were away, but Tracy and Della
handled it very professionally and we knew the cats were being treated
just as well as if we were there.
We are so pleased to have found Tracy and Della, and all four of us will look forward to seeing them again soon...."

"A big thank you to Tracy and Della for taking such good care of Dylan, our lovable but ageing dog, while we took a much needed holiday.... we were a bit concerned
about leaving him for a whole week as he had only ever been left with
someone for one night in the 14 years we have had him - kennels was not
an option. We should not have worried - Tracy and Della have really
looked after him and given him lots of fuss. He was completely at home
with them, you could see from his body language
that he would happily have stayed with them if we had decided to turn
around and take another weeks holiday!.......Also I have to say the house was
spotless when we returned and thank you so much for doing the laundry.

"In May this year we had the normal dilemma, we're going on holiday
and we're going to have to ask the neighbour to feed the cats. The
problem this time was we were going to be away for two weeks and as we
both now work from home the cats were used to company at all times and
free reign inside and out. So we trawled
through the endless amounts of house sitting agencies and started to
become very disillusioned by the uninterested people on the end of the
phone. After thinking we just wouldn't bother I
stumbled across Chez Vous and sent Tracy and Della a garbled email
explaining our situation.
Well they have been a
gift sent from above, happy to answer any silly question and showed a
keen interest in our cats Bob and Poppy. We
were nervous when they arrived the night before our holiday but we
shared a nice meal and bottle of wine and they put us at ease right
away. The ladies updated us whilst we were away and we came home to very content cats and our house just as we like it. Tracy and Della are now booked for our next holiday and we don't make any plans unless we know they are available.

"Having four dogs is not easy. It is not something that we
planned; it just happened by accident. Lovely as they are, they
inevitably restrict our freedom, and kenneling them is not really an
option, as all of them have been either homeless or at refuges at some
stage of their lives. Not only this, we have a property that is quite
isolated and had already been burgled once; and once is enough! So what
to do? Well, the obvious answer is a pet and house-sitting service,
which is where Tracy and Della come in.Confident and business-like, yet at the same time
dog-crazy, in they came, making friends with the dogs and sending us on
our way with a cheerful wave, despite the un-Godliness of the hour. We
were offered the choice of being contacted every day with an update, but
we were so happy to leave our dogs in their care, that we declined. We
arived home to a spotless house and 4 happy dogs; who had been spoiled
rotten and can't wait for us to go away again so that they get to spend
time with their new best friends!
